For the price …..That fireplace should have been dual sided…. Take that wall down from kitchen to dining room…..why is everyone doing the islands in the kitchens n false balcony…..yellow kitchen colored paint throughout the house….. like the tub but like you say ….. not for everyone ✌🏽♥️😇

Cute little cottage! By the way, can you do the stats in metric as well as imperial (like distances, living area, lot size, etc) for our international friends or even the relatively few Americans like me that primarily use the metric system?

Any way for someone who's intellectually and/or developmentally disabled to have their own home? I'll lay out the parameters/scenario. Suppose there's a 25 - 40 year old with one or more neurological disabilities currently living with their parents, and these parents doubt that he or she will ever be able to live independently, but he or she wants to move out of their childhood home and the only option presented to them is an adult family home or group home or some kind. This intellectually or developmentally disabled man or woman doesn't want the lack of choice and absence of freedom that's common in group homes, his or her only real source of income is a meager monthly disability check, and they need assistance with at least a few activities of daily living. What, if any, are the options for someone like this to own a home, even if it means living with a roommate or two?
